RECEPTIONIST

About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer interactions, and supporting operational needs in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange appointments from all booking platforms
• Answer messages on WhatsApp, including calls
• Greet clients upon arrival and leaving, ensuring positive client experience
• Perform light administration tasks
• Coordinate with internal team for operational needs
• Be dynamic and proactive in supporting operational needs
• Handle unexpected situations at the front desk

About you

• English proficiency is essential (or at least able to communicate in basic hospitality standard in English)
• Experienced in front desk, customer service, and reservation/scheduling
• Flexible with working schedules
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Dynamic, energetic, and responsible
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and well-organized
