RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, U.P.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/- per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

· Manage the front desk and welcome visitors professionally.

· Maintain daily visitor records and entry data.

· Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

· Attend to customer queries and provide basic information.

· Handle emails and routine correspondence.

· Maintain records and perform basic MS Office work.

· Coordinate with the site and office team as required.

Qualification & Skills

· 12th Pass / Graduate or any relevant qualification.

· 1–3 years of experience in Reception / Front Desk / Customer Handling.

· Previous experience in Real Estate or Flat Sales will be preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email and Calling.

· Presentable, polite and customer-friendly personality.
