Receptionist

Clement Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our front office team. Our practice is built on delivering excellent patient care, and the receptionist plays a key role in making sure every patient feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Answering phones, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Collecting payments and handling insurance information.
• Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental/medical office experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency (experience with Dentrix is a plus) Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy office.
