About the role

We are currently looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to support our Sales office.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, suppliers, business partners and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls and enquiries to the appropriate departments or employees.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is professional, organized and welcoming at all times.
• Coordinate visitor appointments, meeting rooms and meeting arrangements.
• Receive, record and distribute incoming mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
• Assist with outgoing courier arrangements and document dispatch.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, filing and distributing documents and correspondence (internal and external)
• Coordinate with Sales, Administration, Finance and other departments to ensure customer and visitor enquiries are directed and followed up appropriately.
• Maintain accurate contact lists, records and other front-office administrative information.
• Handle company and visitor information professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality.

About you

• D3 graduate
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1 year working experience in secretarial / administration / receptionist job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, organized, and service-oriented
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at the same time
• Experience in a corporate, manufacturing, or sales-office environment is an advantage
