Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Manage reservations and table assignments.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
• Maintain an organized reception area.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• At least College Graduate
• With customer service or receptionist experience in a 5 star hotel/restaurant is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Can work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
