Receptionist

About the role

Love Hair is a boutique hair salon located in Singapore that specializes in healthier, more natural products. We are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The role involves a variety of duties including handling calls, managing the waitlist, and overseeing the entire booking system for the salon.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls and manage the waitlist in an efficient manner and responsible for the entire booking system for the salon
• Handle payments during check outs and cash up at the end of the day
• Respond to a very busy email and WhatsApp inquiries related to bookings as well as administrative items
• Responsible for stock-taking for all the various brands we stock and re-ordering every week consistently as well as organising their invoices
• Manage in house spreadsheets
• Manage the reception in a professional manner so that all clients feel welcomed and well looked after during their visits and offering refreshments

About you

• Must be eligible to work in Singapore
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a receptionist/front of house
• Salon reception experience desired but not necessary
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English speaking and writing necessary
