Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Handle general customer enquiries at the reception
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining an accurate appointment calendar
• Processing visitor sign-ins and maintaining security protocols
• Handling routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and managing correspondence
• Managing reception supplies and ordering materials as needed
• Providing information about services offered and assisting clients with general enquiries
• Supporting other team members with administrative support as required

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-oriented, attentive and able to understand customers’ needs
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Previous experience in customer service, reception or clinic environment would be an advantage
• Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given priority
• Basic literacy in English, Chinese (Mandarin) ; additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese) advantageous.
