Receptionist

About the role

More than just a receptionist, you'll be the face and energy.

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first person our players meet and the one who helps make sure their experience is smooth, welcoming, and fun.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Handle court bookings, check-ins, payments, and customer inquiries
• Manage bookings and schedules through our booking system
• Promote and assist with membership, packages, events, and other promotions
• Handle basic cashier duties and daily transactions accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and social media
• Coordinate with the Operations and Padel teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally
• Prepare simple daily reports and assist with administrative tasks

About you

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in English
• Friendly, energetic, and well-presented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and booking platforms
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality, sports, F&B, or customer service is a plus
