What they need
We are currently seeking experienced GP Receptionists to join a range of established GP practices across Birmingham.
We offer a variety of temporary, part-time positions, with the potential for successful candidates to move into permanent roles.
About the Role
As a GP Receptionist, you will play an important role in supporting patients and practice staff, providing a friendly, professional and efficient front-of-house service.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous GP practice reception experience
- Have essential experience using EMIS Web
- Are confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
- Are organised, reliable and able to work effectively in a busy practice environment
- Have a professional and compassionate approach to patient care
- NHS Smart Card experience is desirable
- Knowledge of or access to NHS numbers is desirable
