Job Description:
Gem Spine Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude while handling patients and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and update clinic data
• Assist doctors and staff with daily administrative work
• Handle billing, payments, and receipts
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate with marketing team for patient reviews and feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Presentable personality and positive attitude
• Prior experience in clinic/hospital is a plus

Salary:

• ₹15,000/month (Training period – 3 months
• Yearly increment up to 10% + bonus
• Incentives (if applicable)

Working Hour

• 6 days working
