Job Overview

Lum, Velasco and Associates is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to join our team.

This position is full-time during tax season, with a more flexible schedule during the summer months and the potential for summers off. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady seasonal work with a more relaxed schedule outside of our busy season.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet clients and assist them when they arrive
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Receive, organize, and distribute client documents
• Scan, copy, file, and perform other basic office tasks
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain an organized reception and front office area
• Provide general administrative support to our accounting and tax staff

Schedule:
Full-time hours during tax season with flexible summer hours and the potential for summers off.

Prior receptionist or office experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
