About You:

• You have previous experience working on Dental Reception / Front Desk!
• Proactive, motivated to learn, and work well as part of a wider team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine passion for exceptional patient care
• Available to work full-time hours

About the Role:

• Warmly greet patients and provide excellent patient experiences
• Multi-task scheduling appointments, patient check-ins, emails, and billing and contract support
• Proactively assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
• Work well as part of our fast-paced team and help others
• Use clear, professional communication skills to answer patient enquiries
