About the Role:

As our receptionist, you’ll be the face of the practice, welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly manner
• Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS payments
• Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders
• Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handling general administration tasks, including email correspondence

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to everything they do. You’ll need to be:

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable and a great communicator
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with work arrangements
• A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Comfortable using technology and managing administrative processes
• Able to travel between branches as needed (own transport and valid license required)

Position Details:

• 5 days per week
• Casual or permanent opportunities available
• Primarily based at Loganholme
• Occasional travel between Southside practices required
• No late nights or weekends
• Work-life balance is important to us
