What You'll Do

As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for our guests' experience with your warm and professional approach. From managing reservations and guest enquiries to supporting the day-to-day administration of the venue, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for incoming calls, emails, and guest enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service every time.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is up to date.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues where required.
• Assist with administration tasks and support the management team with daily operations.
• Process payments and reconcile guest accounts accurately.

About You

• A warm, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a hotel, motel, hospitality, or customer service environment is highly regarded.
• Experience with reservation systems and general computer programs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays when required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
