Join Aegean Sovereign Capital
Aegean Sovereign Capital is an international asset development and asset management group operating at the intersection of investment, strategy, and value creation, with global investment in Europe, the Middle East, and China.
Our philosophy is simple: we don't just acquire — we develop, reposition, and manage assets for ultra high net worth individuals, building a portfolio that meets the expectations of a sophisticated global market.
What We Do
The scale at which we operate is ambitious. From acquisition to development and long-term management, every element is considered — from advanced engineering thinking to elevated design direction. By bringing together commercial insight, technical expertise, and disciplined asset management, we rethink how value is created and preserved. We push the boundaries of design, technology, and innovation to create something that goes beyond the expected.
Who You Are
We truly care about capability, of course, but more than that, we care about how you think, work, and carry yourself.
You are:
- Polished and composed, with a strong sense of professionalism in every interaction
- Warm and confident, comfortable representing the company as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors
- Curious and growth-driven, always learning and pushing yourself forward
- Strong in interpersonal awareness and natural politeness
- Focused, organised, and disciplined, managing time effectively and following through with consistency
- Determined and adaptable, able to stay resilient while adjusting to changing priorities and resolving issues under pressure
- A collaborative team player, contributing your strengths while remaining open to others
- Driven to raise standards, contributing to an environment where strong work speaks for itself
What We Offer
- Long-term stability within a growing and structured organisation
- A culture of recognition, where performance and contribution are valued
- An inspiring and positive environment that supports personal progression
- Exposure to experienced professionals, enabling continuous development
- A merit-driven culture that encourages initiative and rewards potential
- A motivated team dynamic, where individuals uplift one another
- Competitive salary, reflective of your experience, seniority, and overall impact
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, partners, and visitors with a professional, discreet, and courteous manner
- Manage the front desk, making sure the reception area is always tidy, well-presented, and welcoming
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and visitor arrangements
- Coordinate refreshments and hospitality for meetings and guests
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Support the team with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative assistant, ideally in a corporate or hospitality environment
- Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional telephone manner
- Impeccable presentation and a polished, positive attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Discretion, reliability, and punctuality
- A secondary education diploma is required; further studies in administration, tourism, or hospitality are a plus
