Busy Plaintiff's Litigation Law Firm looking to hire an experienced Receptionist to our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience fielding calls from clients, patients, adjusters, attorneys, courts, and other professionals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating case management software and will have the skill set required to understand what information can be shared vs what information is confidential. This position is more than just answering phones and transferring calls. The ideal candidate will make good faith attempts to help callers and solve any issues they may have prior to escalating the call to another staff member or an attorney.
