Receptionist

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and lesson scheduling
• Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
• Assist studio manager to key regular lessons to the Abbey system
• Assist studio manager in handling and processing payments or registration when required

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience in receptionist, customer service, front desk or related role

.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing with customers.

Basic computer skills, including

Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

.

Good organisational skills and able to handle basic administrative tasks.

Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

Willing to work on

weekends and public holidays

when required.

Able to work in a

fast-paced studio environment

.
