The Tox® Chesterfield is looking for a polished, motivated professional who is ready to elevate their career and become part of a brand known for exceptional client experiences and high standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows professionally.
• Collect and accurately enter client information into Mindbody CRM.
• Process payments for services, packages, memberships, and retail purchases.
• Follow up with clients after treatments and assist with scheduling future appointments.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all services, pricing, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Warmly greet clients and manage the check-in and checkout experience.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, text, in-person conversations, and applicable messaging systems.
• Use scheduling and client-management software accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on services, products, packages, and current promotions.
• Perform room checks throughout each shift to ensure treatment spaces meet The Tox® standards and remain fully stocked.
• Help maintain a polished, organized, welcoming studio environment.
• Complete additional administrative and studio responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using scheduling and CRM software.
• Passion for the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.
• Reliable and professional.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Ability to reliably commute to Chesterfield, Missouri 63005.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Job Type: Part-time, with the potential for full-time hours

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected Hours: Approximately 10–25 hours per week

Supplemental Pay: Monthly bonus eligibility after successful completion of the probationary period

Schedule: Flexible availability required, including days, evenings, weekends, and events.
