Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business Administration

• Must have 1-3 years relevant experience

• Must have strong good communication skills (english) flexible, attention to detail and ability to time management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, document management and data entry

-Willing to attend face-to-face interview and hiring process

Job Description

• Scheduling meeting rooms and appointments

• Greeting visitors and managing reception

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Receiving, recording and handling documents (Subcon, Clients, Suppliers, and documents from all project sites)

• Receiving supplies and deliveries

• Handling, monitoring and tracking the international shipment

• Managing the reception area and supplies

• Scheduling meeting rooms and appointments

• Handling general inquiries and administrative support

• Handling and monitoring the office key

• Support company events and other General Affairs activities

• Support office facilities and maintenance- Handle diverse administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
