Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to provide front-desk support and manage incoming calls using the Five9 telephone system. The role will handle customer greetings, call routing, document scanning and filing, mail processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route multi-department calls using the Five9 telephone system.
• Greet customers and visitors at the department entrance in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to basic inquiries.
• Scan documents into PDF format and maintain electronic files.
• Index and organize boxes of files in preparation for scanning.
• Open, sort, and distribute daily mail.
• Assist with various administrative projects and office tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for daily administrative activities.
