Upscale Pilates is a premium boutique Pilates studio in Ikoyi, Lagos, focused on delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience. We are seeking a polished, warm and highly organised Receptionist / Front of House Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and help maintain the elevated standard of the Upscale brand.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to clients in a warm, professional and discreet manner.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and waitlists through the studio’s booking platform.
• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, email and in person.
• Assist new clients in selecting appropriate Pilates classes and packages.
• Support sales of memberships, class packages, private sessions and studio services.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily booking information.
• Coordinate with instructors and the Studio Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure the reception and front-of-house areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready.
• Process payments and assist with merchandise sales where applicable.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support bookings and retention.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Educated, Degree Level Preferbly
• Warm, confident and naturally personable.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication.
• Polished and comfortable interacting with affluent and discerning clients.
• Experienced in customer service, hospitality, wellness, beauty, fitness, luxury retail or a similar environment.
• Comfortable using digital booking systems, WhatsApp and basic administrative tools.
• Commercially aware with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings without being pushy.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
