Receptionist

Ø Outpatient attends on Reception. Provide information of all medication procedure.

Ø Create ID of the patient.

Ø Maintain indoor patient record in register.

Ø Attend all patient calls and enquiry call update on dashboard.

Ø Give the Appointment of the out patients.

Ø Make a final bill of the admit patients.

Ø Maintain recoverable of all indoor patients.

Ø Maintain Daily patient timeline.

Ø Maintain the privacy of patient record and information.

Ø To be responsible for out and indoor patient cash record.

Ø Maintain record of the sending and receiving Document register.

Ø Upload the record of all outdoor patient lab payment on Dashboard.

Ø Maintain the daily day book entry register.

Ø Attend the outer and forward their messages to all senior Management.

Ø Fill Registration Form from new patient

Ø Feedback form given to outdoor patient.

Ø Duties will be rotational basis with pre-assessment as per requirement.

Ø To follow-up for payments.

Ø To assure the highest possible level of patient/guest satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
