Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Welcome and greet guests, candidates, and visitors professionally.
• Resume Handling: Receive, organize, maintain, and forward candidate resumes to the HR team.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, and manage interview arrangements.
• Guest Handling: Attend to visitors, guide them appropriately, and ensure a positive experience.
• Call Management: Handle incoming calls, respond to basic queries, and direct calls to the concerned departments.
• Visitor Records: Maintain visitor registers, interview schedules, and other front office records.
• Administrative Support: Assist the HR and administration teams with daily office activities.
• Office Coordination: Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
