Receptionist

Bridge Community Health Clinic is a patient-centered healthcare provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality behavioral health, dental, and primary care services. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our team and become one of our welcoming faces.

As one of the first points of contact for our patients and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Your work will help ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, direct calls, assist callers, and respond to inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance, collect copays, and process payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting
• Assist with other administrative duties

What You'll Bring to the Team

• A high school diploma or equivalent (postsecondary education is a plus)
• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred
• A friendly, clear communication style and strong interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• A calm professional demeanor while balancing patient interactions and administrative tasks, even when it gets busy
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and office software
