Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

• Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.

• Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate office or personnel.

• Manage appointments and maintain the reception area.

• Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.

• Maintain visitor records and relevant front-desk documentation.

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

• Perform basic administrative duties related to reception operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE; a BSc/HND is an added advantage.

• Previous experience as a receptionist is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.

• Must be polite, presentable, organized, punctual, and professional.

• Ability to multitask and handle visitors courteously.
