Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, and providing exceptional customer service while managing multiple massage therapists’ schedules. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and text messages from clients and potential clients
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on providers and services to clients
• Contact clients for billing questions, late arrivals, etc.
• Schedule, move, and cancel appointments for clients
• Perform follow-up calls when requested by providers
• Communicate with providers as needed for scheduling questions
• Maintain a call log

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Computer literacy (MacOS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Preferred

• Spa or medical receptionist experience
• Bilingual

Base Pay: From $14.00 per hour
