San Lucas Medical is looking for a RECEPTIONIST!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and maintain a welcoming reception.
• Handle patient and visitor inquiries in person or by phone.
• Support doctors, staff, and patients professionally.
• Manage inventory, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with medical departments and follow policies.
• Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
• Contribute to team efforts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate or undergraduate of any medical allied course is an advantage.
• Previous experience in medical customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge in medical procedures and diagnosis is desirable, but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Minglanilla, Cebu.
