We are a manpower services company appointed by KLCC Group to support their recruitment process. We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and welcoming Receptionist to be based in Kuala Lumpur. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and employees, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our organisation. This position is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring that all visitors receive exceptional service from the moment they arrival at our office.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
• Manage visitor registration and direct visitors accordingly
• Maintain a professional and presentable reception area
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
