Receptionist

Hello!

We are excited to announce a job opening in our front office staff. Here we strive to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations for quality repairs and an excellent customer experience. Scotsman’s Auto Body is a high volume auto body repair shop that works with all insurance companies and many direct repair programs from the auto manufacturers.

As part of the front office staff, some of the job requirements would include:

Speaking with customers on a regular basis – phone/email
Answering phone calls and emails
Assisting walk-in customers with their needs
Data entry and filing of paperwork
Auto inspection and repair scheduling
Light office cleaning (dusting, sweeping, wiping surfaces, etc.)
Working with Microsoft Office suite of programs

CCC Estimating software ( will be trained )

Automotive/Insurance experience is beneficial
Customer service handling experience is preferred

Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Working hours:
Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm
Every other Saturday 8am – 1pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
