Receptionist

Engineering firm has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Receptionist.

The candidate will: greet incoming visitors in a professional manner, operate a multi-line telephone system and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner, operate standard office equipment, distribute incoming mail on a daily basis, prepare outgoing mail, type correspondence in proper format, proofread and mail as required. Engineering Specification and Contract experience would be preferred, but is not necessary.

The candidate shall have knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, shall adhere to established company policies and procedures, shall have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written; shall demonstrate professionalism with diplomacy at all times. Computer literacy in Microsoft Products, Foxit and Adobe a must. Must provide attention to detail, be dependable, take initiative, work with minimal supervision and be able to handle multiple priorities.

Salary $37k to $41k, dependent upon experience.
