Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and guests in a warm, professional manner

• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

• Maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and welcoming

• Schedule appointments or direct customers to the appropriate department

• Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents

• Support sales, service, and office teams with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
