Receptionist

Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join our growing team here at Revolutions. We are a family business specialising in Car & Motorcycle premium heritage brands. Including: Morgan, Caterham, Norton, Indian, Royal Enfield, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa & Piaggio.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant department
• Monitor incoming e-mails and enquiries, responding or forwarding them to the correct team member
• Assist in keeping customer areas clean and presentable
• Working together with the various departments and staff in the company
• Assist with basic administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and preparing documents
• Various ad hoc tasks as and when they are needed

Skills

• Polite and friendly manner in person and on the phone
• Immaculately presented
• Ability to operate telephone system
• E-Mail construction and replies
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, files, and office supplies efficiently
• Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software is a plus but not required

Experience

• Previous experience is welcome but full training in our procedures will be given
• Recent graduates welcome to apply

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
