Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and organised Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and business partners.
• Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage visitor entries and maintain the visitor register.
• Respond to basic customer enquiries professionally.
• Receive and manage incoming and outgoing couriers and documents.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains neat and organised.
• Coordinate with internal departments for daily administrative requirements.
• Maintain records, files, and basic office documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Polite, presentable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage visitors and calls efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Language: Basic English and good Hindi communication skills.
