Receptionist

• Full time, permanent role based in Brisbane

Daimler Trucks Brisbane are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Admin department! As a valuable and critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role:

• Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring professional and efficient communication with customers
• Managing customer requests, scheduling appointments, and providing general ad hoc support
• Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and tasks related to parts and stock management
• Greeting customers in person, providing assistance, and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Assisting with email correspondence and coordinating between departments

About You:

• Previous receptionist experience highly regarded
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
