We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team!

Position: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and respond to general inquiries.
• Manage visitor entries and maintain the visitor register.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
• Handle emails and provide basic administrative support.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain records and perform other office-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Professional attitude with good organizational skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
