Receptionists (Fully Flexible) – Bunratty Castle Hotel

Bunratty Castle Hotel, a newly reopened 4‑star property, is seeking friendly, professional, and guest‑focused Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations efficiently
• Manage phone and email enquiries in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
• Process payments accurately and maintain clear records
• Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Resolve guest queries or issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role is an advantage
• Hotsoft experience is essential. Minimum 1 year
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner
• Full flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak periods. Mid week essential.
