Position : Receptionist

Location : NSPPL Center , MAARET ALNUMAN - IDLIB – SYRIA

Duration : 10 Months.

About NSPPL NSPPL was established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help people whose limbs were amputated as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic limbs and appropriate rehabilitation.

NSPPL is a non-profit organization that serves people in Syria and Turkey.

NSPPL was licensed in Syria in Feb 2025 as The Syrian Foundation for Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation. Position Responsibilities And Duties

• Record patient data when they arrive.
• Coordinate patient appointments.
• Good coordination with case management regarding the center's visitors
• Maintain accurate patient files for all cases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or above.
• Proven experience of 2 years in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
• Previous medical or INGO experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Excel files.
