Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Receptionist (required).

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiar with spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and guest handling.

• Able to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and payment transactions professionally.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
