Receptionist

Role:

• Run the front desk of a busy Mumbai office shared by two growing brands, one in tyres and one in consumer electronics
• Greet visitors, dealers and and direct each one to the right person
• Handle customer enquiry calls for the electronics brand
• Answer the phone, put calls through and take accurate messages
• Send and receive couriers, and keep a log of visitors and deliveries
• Help each customer choose the right model, and follow up by call or WhatsApp until the enquiry is closed

Preferred:

• Freshers welcome, front desk, tele-calling or retail exp. is a plus
• Speaks clearly and politely, on the phone and face to face
• Comfortable talking to customers about products
• Keeps track of visitors, calls and follow-ups without being reminded
• Basic computer use: email, WhatsApp and simple spreadsheets
• Lives within an easy daily commute of Santacruz West

• Office-based at Santacruz (West), 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Commission on every customer enquiry you turn into a sale.
