Right Ways Education Services is looking for a professional and friendly *Receptionist* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Welcome and assist clients visiting the office

* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records

* Handle basic office administrative tasks and documentation

* Maintain a clean and organized reception area

* Coordinate with staff members and support daily office activities

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 12th pass or graduate

* Good communication skills in *English, Hindi, and Punjabi*

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

* Friendly personality and professional appearance

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

*Preferred:*

* Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service

*Salary:* ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month (depending on experience)
