Receptionist

Reports To**:** Clinic Manager

Job Purpose:
To manage front-desk operations, patient coordination, appointments, and provide a professional and welcoming experience to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception.
• Manage appointments, calls, inquiries, and patient registrations.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and daily reception documentation.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.
• Maintain a professional and hygienic reception area.
• Address patient queries politely and escalate concerns when required.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in reception/front desk, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or aesthetics/beauty industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Presentable, courteous, and patient-friendly attitude.
