Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting arrangements.
• Maintain visitor records and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Perform basic computer work, data entry, and filing.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide administrative support to other departments when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Immediate joining perferable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
