Receptionist

We are a premium IVF and fertility clinic in Riyadh, combining British medical expertise and UK-standard protocols with personalised, couple-centred care. Our clinic offers a refined, private environment that respects Saudi culture and provides an exceptional patient experience throughout the fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-end reception, accurate data registration, and seamless patient flow to designated clinics.

• Expertly managing scheduling (bookings & confirmations) to prevent overlaps

and strictly minimize wait times.

• Handling POS transactions, issuing tax invoices, and securing immediate

insurance authorizations with 100% accuracy.

• Maintaining a professional appearance (Uniform) and ensuring the reception

area remains organized and welcoming.

• Resolving patient concerns and responding to all inquiries with clarity and poise.

• Submitting daily operational reports and coordinating effectively between doctors,

nursing, and labs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Saudi National Only

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in high level hospital or hotel settings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with office equipment

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

Pay: ﷼2,300.00 - ﷼8,300.00 per month
