Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Answer, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate people within our organization

-Taking and forwarding messages from incoming callers

-Assigning & Saving incoming telephone messages from the unified queue email inbox

• Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, deposits

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills- Customer service or customer support background
• Familiarity with phone systems
• Data entry proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
