Receptionist

About the role

A rare opportunity exists to join the rental administration team working on a busy but happy reception desk. This is a role where entry-level candidates will be considered as it will teach the fundamentals of real estate. Equally, we strongly encourage applications from experienced Receptionists looking for a stable business to join with a great staff culture.

Key responsibilities

• Answer one of the busiest phones in Adelaide due to the large rental business (100 calls a day on average)
• Support the reception desk
• Build rapport with a wide demographic of clients
• Perform administrative tasks as needed

About you

• Must love a challenge and be able to multi-task
• Ability to quickly build rapport with a wide demographic of clients
• Experience in a client service role must be demonstrated in your application
• Entry-level candidates will be considered
• Experienced Receptionists are also encouraged to apply
