Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and appointments
Manage administrative tasks and office supplies
Maintain records and assist with data entry
Support daily operations and coordination
*Requirements:*
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
✔️ Ability to multitask and stay organized
✔️ Prior experience in admin/receptionist roles is a plus
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
