Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and office supplies.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client records, property files, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with data entry, report preparation, and filing.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Support office meetings, events, and other administrative activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
