Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, friendly, and comfortable managing a busy front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Take accurate messages and distribute them via email
• Greet clients and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for keys and fobs
• Accept and process cash payments from clients
• Open, date stamp, and sort incoming mail for distribution to departments
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front office area at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling cash transactions accurately
• Professional demeanour and positive attitude
• Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
