The Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our guests' stays are seamless and memorable, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and enjoyable
• Manage guest reservations and inquiries, both in person and via phone or email
• Provide information and assistance to guests about resort services, activities, and local attractions
• Handle check-out procedures efficiently, including billing and payment processing
• Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with resort policies
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly
• Address and resolve guest concerns or issues, escalating when necessary, to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained always

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in front desk or customer service role is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (such as Greek, German, or French) are highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing the highest level of service
• Professional appearance and attitude in line with 5-star standards
• Knowledge of OPERA PMS (Property Management System) is highly desirable
