Receptionist

Receptionist – Part Time Every Other Weekend Evenings

Twin Oaks Senior Living Facility in Wentzville is currently seeking a part-time receptionist for every other weekend evenings 4pm – 9pm.

Essential Duties:

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and professional manner
• Perform clerical support tasks for the community
• Must be flexible, with ability to set up or lead an activity, conduct a tour, etc. if needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Daily cleaning of common areas which includes light mopping and vacuuming.
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Ensure accurate accounting of all items purchased by residents
• Create flyers, activity sheets, reports and other necessary documents
• Monitor visitor sign in and out logs

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to type and have basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to respond to emergency situations if needed
• Requires high school diploma or GED
